Start your career as a working student (m/f/d)

We offer students from a wide range of disciplines the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience alongside their studies. Lecture and exam periods are fully taken into account, and flexible working hours are agreed individually. Depending on the role and department, remote working is also possible.

As a working student at INTREAL, you will support teams across a variety of areas, including investment management, fund accounting and controlling, fund management, IT support, sustainability management, customer service (e.g. KVG services or portfolio supervision), marketing and relationship management, office management, risk management, tax and treasury.

Thanks to the broad professional structure of our organisation, attractive entry-level opportunities and individual development paths are available after graduation.

Gain experience during an internship

We also offer a wide range of internship opportunities, providing valuable insights into the day-to-day work of a service capital management company. Both voluntary internships and compulsory internships as part of your studies are possible at INTREAL.

In addition to classic junior roles, many of our vacancies are also suitable for direct entry. Structured onboarding and targeted training enable new colleagues to quickly take on responsibility and grow successfully into their roles.

Trainee programme

Our trainee programme is perfect for Master’s graduates. Over 18 months, you will gain experience in all areas of our real asset platform, such as fund accounting, controlling, investment management and much more, through structured rotation. Through numerous seminars and departmental changes, you will quickly build up a company-wide network and take the first step towards targeted career planning.

Dual study programme

Our dual study programme combines theory and practice from the very beginning, offering you an ideal start to your career. By alternating between university studies and practical phases, you can immediately apply your academic knowledge and gain valuable professional experience.
Variety is guaranteed: during your dual study programme, you will rotate through different departments and areas of responsibility at INTREAL, allowing you to discover your professional interests and build broad, in-depth expertise.

INTREAL covers the full cost of the programme and provides an attractive training allowance that increases annually. The dual study programme lasts three years and always starts on 1 October.

Tripartite degree programme / study-integrated training

Double qualification in four years; earn both a recognised vocational qualification and an academic degree.
Our four-year study-integrated training programme to become an IT specialist (m/f/d) combines dual vocational training at INTREAL Solutions with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (B.Sc.) at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg). We cover the full tuition fees and provide a training allowance that increases annually.

The programme brings together in-depth IT expertise from university and vocational school with hands-on project work within the company. You will actively contribute to the further development of our software and system landscape, from applications and networks to data centre operations and IT services.
During the programme, you will rotate through key areas such as the Data & Cloud Competence Centre and Service Management. You will also gain insight into SAP, business application management, IT compliance, and applications for real assets and investment management.

The tripartite degree programme runs for four years and always starts on 1 August.

Training as an office management assistant (m/f/d)

The dual training programme to become an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) starts on 1 August and usually lasts three years, with the option to shorten the programme. It provides in-depth knowledge of office and business processes as well as modern commercial practices. The role combines the former training programmes for office communication and office management assistants.

INTREAL offers ideal conditions for this training and provides broad insights into commercial fields of activity, ranging from office organisation and communication to accounting, data management and a wide variety of administrative tasks.
